Malcolm Wong, founder of Air Conditioning Experts, LLC. has over 24 years of experience in the Hawaii air conditioning industry and has earned a reputation as a skilled and reliable estimator, installer, and service technician.

He began as an apprentice, gained experience, and eventually rose to the position of lead installation. He also underwent service technician training. His development resulted in his becoming an estimator. Malcolm became a reputable air conditioning specialist by getting to know clients, determining their needs, and informing them about their options. He gained a broad range of expertise about the air conditioning industry as a result of all these encounters.
